Air Hockey Muliplayer

On reviewing Air hockey i had written that i was missing the multiplayer option and now you can with Air Hockey Multiplayer.

The pairing took a bit of time but once the game started it was very smooth with occasional delay by ads but less annoying than other adsupported games.

Pandas vs Ninjas,Angry Birds like game comes to Symbian

Pandas vs Ninjas by XIMAD is an Angry Birds look alike promising great graphics, smoother gameplay and physics based fun to Symbian smartphones. As the official Angry Birds never reached s60v5 and the Genre of games to which it belong is still a hot one this may become the "Angry Birds for s60v5" but a free lite version would have been great.

The gameplay is similar you are pandas and you throw your fellow Pandas to destroy the enemy Ninjas.I have not played the game yet but the reviews from Ovi Store looks promising. Here is a video playback of the android version.

The game costs around 2 Euros depending on the area you live in.

Warspear Online MMORPG

Warspear Online is an MMORPG for symbian available for free on ovi store like TibiaME with all the features you would expect from an online strategy game.

The game allows you to select from a couple of charachters and worlds.Like any strategy game you will be allowed to interact and select quests and earn points. The game didn't have much problem with my slow edge connection. One thing that stood out was that they had an inbuilt virtual keypad. The graphices and sound was ok but it looked like it was designed for lower resolution games.
The gameplay was ok and if you are a fan of strategy game you could try out this game. The game is hefty 8mb so better download to pc and install in mobile. Here is how to download from ovi store from pc.

Hangman for those of you don't know is a paper and pencil game where one person asks the other to guess a word.he is given clues like the no of letters and if he guess a letter right all the positons that letter occurs will be filled. If he guesses wrong then watch the you can play and see.

So Spice has brought this game to your phone, with a nice interface and well designed game play. The game starts with you selecting the theme i.e the topic and also whether you want classic or daily mode.

The classic mode shows words that comes with the game and daily mode can give you a set of new words each day if you feel there is no more competition left. The game is adsupported so you might want an intrnet connection to play.
After you select a theme you will be given a hint and the number of letters. If you get it right you can see all the positons taken by the letter filled but if you guess wrong then hangman will be completed and you will loose. An intresting and useful timewaster for this weekend. There is another version specially for kids too.

Blockfest Deluxe blowem up timewaster with great 3d graphics

Blockfest Deluxe is an addictive game based on the classic grouping of boxes and blowing up with a 3d twist. The game is available for free with in game ads on ovi store. The graphics and gameplay of the game is smooth to say the least.

The game requires an active internet connection for the ads but they are not too irrittating so don't worry. The objective of the game is simple get the same color boxes together. There are three types of gameplay simple, powerup and solid. In simple you just get the same color boxes together. In powerup you will get as the name powerups once you destroy enough number of blocks. For example lightning is a great powerup which destroys a whole row of boxes. The powerups you unlock are determined by the number and color blocks you destroy. The solid has powerups but is more difficult.

As you cross each level the speed of the boxes increases making it harder and harder.Though the gameplay was smooth getting from one end to other was sometimes a bit difficult may it was me.There is an alternative virtual keys also. The game ends as you gussed when the boxes touches the screen. So you need to go from one end to other to keep the whole length block from not beccoming to long otherwise you will have small area to move.

You will enjoy the game each time you play and will be a nice way to get some action on your phone after all a good graphics game on s60v5 how many are there? So highly recommended go and try and please leave your comments.

Time waster Air Hockey Free

Here is another game to keep you engaged and to spend the free time.Air Hockey is available for download free from ovi store ad supported and brings air hockey to your phone.Air Hockey is a game for two competing players trying to score points in the opposing player's goal.

Here instead of real opponents we play with AI.You must score five goals to proceed to the next level. The AI doesn't provide much competion in the starting levels but the difficulty increases as you proceed from one level to another. As the game is ad powered by inneractive an ad will be shown when you win or loose a level and so internet connection is required to play the game.
To hit the puck you just have to use your finger to move the mallet in the right direction. With a bit of practice you can easily guide the puck to the opponents goal post. The touch response for the game is very quick .Multiplayer option is missed but the game is fun to play overall a must try.
